- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth

- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Breadcrumbs for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the cooked rice, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, shredded cheese, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Prepare a greased baking dish and pour the mixture in, spreading it evenly.
- Top with breadcrumbs if desired and place in the oven.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
