Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Breadcrumbs for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the cooked rice, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, shredded cheese, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Prepare a greased baking dish and pour the mixture in, spreading it evenly.
  4. Top with breadcrumbs if desired and place in the oven.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
