- 16 oz cream cheese, softened

- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Fold in sour cream and heavy cream until combined.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the Oreo crust.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
- Turn off the oven, crack the door, and cool the cheesecake in the oven for 1 hour.
- Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Serve chilled, optionally garnished with crushed Oreo cookies or chocolate sauce.
