- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare a 9×13 inch baking dish by greasing it with cooking spray or butter.
- Mix the egg mixture by whisking together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large bowl.
- Layer the frozen hashbrowns evenly across the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Add the egg mixture over the hashbrowns, ensuring it is evenly distributed.
- Include diced cooked ham or sausage if desired, sprinkling it evenly over the casserole.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
- Cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
