- 1 head Romaine lettuce
- 2 cups Sourdough bread, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons Butter, melted
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the croutons by tossing the sourdough bread cubes with melted butter, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread the bread cubes on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Make the dressing by whisking together mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Toss the chopped romaine lettuce with the dressing until coated.
- Add the crispy croutons on top and grate fresh Parmesan cheese over the salad.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
