- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix the crust: In a bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Prepare the salmon: Brush each salmon fillet with olive oil on both sides.
- Add the crust: Press the Parmesan mixture on top of each salmon fillet.
- Bake the salmon: Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Serve: Remove the salmon from the oven and squeeze fresh lemon juice over each fillet.
