Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the crust: In a bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Prepare the salmon: Brush each salmon fillet with olive oil on both sides.
