Instructions
- Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

- Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until the onion is translucent.
- Add the orzo pasta to the skillet, stirring for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in the chicken broth, bringing the mixture to a boil before reducing to a simmer for 10-12 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream and chopped spinach, cooking until the spinach wilts.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Serve warm, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
