  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

  6. Stir in the heavy cream and chopped spinach, cooking until the spinach wilts.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve warm, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
