Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the mashed bananas and melted butter in a bowl until well combined.
- Add the baking soda and a pinch of salt, then stir to combine.
- Incorporate the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Add the all-purpose flour and stir gently, being careful not to overmix.
- Prepare a greased 4×8 inch loaf pan and pour the batter in, leveling it gently.

- Cool the bread in the pan for 10 minutes and then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
