  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill or parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare a baking dish by lightly spraying with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Make the marinade by whisking together Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, and lemon juice until smooth.
  4. Arrange the salmon fillets skin-side down in the baking dish.
  5. Season the fillets generously with salt and pepper.
  6. Add half of the marinade over the salmon fillets, ensuring they are well coated.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the glaze is bubbly.
  8. Garnish with fresh dill or parsley before serving hot.

Notes

For best flavor, use fresh ingredients and consider marinating the salmon for 30 minutes before baking.
