- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup boiling water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
- Mix the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry mixture and mix until just combined.
- Incorporate the boiling water gradually, ensuring all ingredients are well blended.
- Fill each cupcake liner about 2/3 full with batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool the cupcakes in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
