  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup boiling water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
  2. Mix the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry mixture and mix until just combined.
  4. Incorporate the boiling water gradually, ensuring all ingredients are well blended.
  5. Fill each cupcake liner about 2/3 full with batter.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Cool the cupcakes in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
