Description
These Oreo M&M’s Cookies are the ultimate treat — soft, chewy, and loaded with crushed Oreos and colorful M&M’s! Every bite is a burst of texture and chocolatey goodness that will absolutely blow your mind.
Ingredients
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
10 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped
3/4 cup M&M’s (plus extra for topping)
1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
3. In a large bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
4. Add eggs and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just incorporated.
6. Fold in chopped Oreos, M&M’s, and chocolate chips if using.
7. Scoop 2-tablespoon portions of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing about 2 inches apart.
8. Press a few extra M&M’s on top of each cookie for a bakery-style look.
9. Bake for 9–11 minutes, until edges are lightly golden and centers are soft.
10. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Use double-stuffed Oreos for extra creamy bites.
Swap M&M’s for peanut butter or caramel versions for flavor variety.
