- 8 oz pasta (e.g. rotini or penne)
- 1 can (15 oz) tuna, drained
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and allow it to cool completely.
- Combine the cooled pasta, drained tuna, diced celery, diced bell pepper, and diced red onion in a large mixing bowl.
- Prepare the dressing by whisking together mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
- Mix the dressing into the pasta salad mixture until all components are well-coated.
- Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley just before serving.
