Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) tuna, drained
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and allow it to cool completely.
  2. Combine the cooled pasta, drained tuna, diced celery, diced bell pepper, and diced red onion in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Prepare the dressing by whisking together mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
  4. Mix the dressing into the pasta salad mixture until all components are well-coated.
  5. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley just before serving.
