- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup yogurt (optional)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the pineapple chunks, coconut milk, banana, yogurt (if using), and honey or maple syrup (if desired).
- Blend the ingredients until smooth and well combined.
- Add ice cubes to the blender and blend again until desired consistency is achieved.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy, garnishing with a slice of pineapple or shredded coconut if desired.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
