Description

A refreshing smoothie that combines fresh pineapple, coconut milk, and banana for a taste of the tropics.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the pineapple chunks, coconut milk, banana, yogurt (if using), and honey or maple syrup (if desired).
  2. Blend the ingredients until smooth and well combined.
  3. Add ice cubes to the blender and blend again until desired consistency is achieved.
  4. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy, garnishing with a slice of pineapple or shredded coconut if desired.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
