These Strawberry Brownies with White Chocolate Ganache are soft, chewy, and bursting with sweet strawberry flavor. Finished with a smooth, creamy white chocolate ganache, they’re a beautifully decadent dessert perfect for celebrations, Valentine’s Day, or anytime you want a stunning pink treat.
Ingredients
1 (15.25 oz) box strawberry cake mix
2 large eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
For the White Chocolate Ganache:
1 cup white chocolate chips
1/3 cup heavy cream
Optional garnish: sprinkles, freeze-dried strawberries, or fresh strawberry slices
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease.
2. In a large bowl, mix strawberry cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until a thick batter forms.
3. Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan.
4. Bake for 18–22 minutes, until edges are set and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
5. Allow brownies to cool completely.
6. To make ganache, heat heavy cream until just steaming.
7. Pour hot cream over white chocolate chips and let sit for 1–2 minutes.
8. Stir until smooth and glossy.
9. Spread ganache evenly over cooled brownies.
10. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
11. Slice into squares and garnish if desired.
Notes
For extra strawberry flavor, add crushed freeze-dried strawberries to the batter.
These brownies slice best when chilled.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
