- 4 cups cabbage, chopped
- 1 onion, diced

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté the diced onion and minced garlic until the onion becomes translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the ground beef and break it apart with a spatula while it cooks. Brown evenly, around 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the chopped cabbage and cook until it wilts, about 5 minutes.
- Season with paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper, mixing everything together well.
- Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes to tenderize the cabbage and let the flavors meld.
- Serve hot, optionally with bread, sour cream, hot sauce, or over rice.
