- 0.25 cup vegetable oil
- 0.75 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs, room temperature

- 1.5 cups mashed ripe bananas (about 3–4 bananas)
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan, and optionally line it with parchment paper for easier removal.

- Stir in 1.5 cups of mashed ripe bananas until well combined.
- Gently combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed. Be careful not to overmix.
- Fold in 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed in the batter.
- Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes, checking for doneness around 40 minutes.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
