- 4 bagels
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon or vegetables
- 1/4 cup chopped chives or green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the bagels in half and optionally toast them.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cooked bacon or vegetables, chives or green onions, and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture on the cut side of each bagel half.
- Place the stuffed bagels on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes until heated through and slightly golden.
- Let cool for a couple of minutes and serve warm.
