Description

Delicious stuffed bagels filled with creamy goodness, perfect for breakfast, lunch, or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 4 bagels
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon or vegetables
  • 1/4 cup chopped chives or green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the bagels in half and optionally toast them.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cooked bacon or vegetables, chives or green onions, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture on the cut side of each bagel half.
  5. Place the stuffed bagels on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes until heated through and slightly golden.
  6. Let cool for a couple of minutes and serve warm.
