Description
Soft and chewy strawberry kiss cookies bursting with sweet strawberry flavor and topped with a classic chocolate kiss. These pretty pink cookies are tender, festive, and perfect for holidays, parties, or anytime you crave a fun dessert.
Ingredients
1 box strawberry cake mix
2 large eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
Granulated sugar (for rolling)
24 chocolate kiss candies, unwrapped
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix strawberry cake mix, eggs, oil, and vanilla until a soft dough forms.
3. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and roll each ball in granulated sugar.
4. Place balls onto prepared baking sheet, spacing evenly.
5. Bake for 9–11 minutes until edges are set.
6. Remove from oven and immediately press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie.
7. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Do not overbake to keep cookies soft and chewy.
If dough is sticky, chill for 15 minutes before rolling.
Store cookies in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
