Ingredients
2 flatbreads or naan
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1/4 cup goat cheese or feta, crumbled
1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp balsamic glaze
1 tbsp olive oil
Fresh basil leaves, torn
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Place flatbreads on the sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
3. Spread ricotta evenly over each flatbread, then sprinkle with goat cheese or feta.
4. Top with sliced strawberries and a pinch of salt and pepper.
5. Bake for 8–10 minutes, until the edges are golden and the cheese is slightly melted.
6. Drizzle with honey and balsamic glaze right after removing from the oven.
7. Top with fresh basil leaves, slice, and serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
Add a handful of arugula after baking for a peppery bite.
For a dessert-style twist, replace ricotta with mascarpone and skip the salt.
