  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the sliced almonds on a baking sheet and toast them for 5-7 minutes until golden.
  2. Whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, granulated sugar, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, salt, and black pepper in a medium bowl to make the dressing.
