Ingredients
8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp honey (plus more for drizzling)
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
1 small garlic clove, minced
Black pepper to taste
Optional toppings: extra olive oil, honey drizzle, chili flakes, chopped herbs
Instructions
1. Add feta, Greek yogurt, olive oil, honey, lemon juice, garlic, and red pepper flakes to a food processor.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
3. Taste and adjust spice or sweetness as desired.
4. Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with olive oil and honey.
