Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
- Stir in the melted butter and milk until just combined.
- Grease a baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
- Pour the cobbler batter into the greased dish.
- Arrange the sliced bananas on top of the batter.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool slightly and serve warm.
