Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker in a single layer.

- Pour the soup mixture evenly over the chicken breasts in the slow cooker, ensuring they are coated.

- Once cooked, shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker using two forks and stir to combine with the gravy.
