Instructions
- Prepare the beef by slicing it thinly against the grain.
- Slice the vegetables including the bell peppers and onion.
- Heat the skillet with vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Cook the beef in the hot oil for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Add the sliced onions and bell peppers, cooking for another 3 minutes.
- Combine soy sauce, beef broth, and cornstarch in a bowl, mixing until smooth.
- Thicken the sauce mixture by pouring it over the beef and veggies, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
