Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet and add olive oil over medium heat until hot.

  3. Cook the shrimp for 3 to 5 minutes until pink and opaque.
  4. Incorporate orzo pasta and chicken broth, bringing the mixture to a boil.
  5. Simmer for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Add fresh spinach and stir until wilted, about 1 to 2 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
