Instructions
- Heat a large skillet and add olive oil over medium heat until hot.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Cook the shrimp for 3 to 5 minutes until pink and opaque.
- Incorporate orzo pasta and chicken broth, bringing the mixture to a boil.
- Simmer for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add fresh spinach and stir until wilted, about 1 to 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, optionally topped with Parmesan cheese.
