Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare a muffin tin with cooking spray or muffin liners.
- Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Combine the eggs, milk, and melted butter in another bowl and stir until smooth.
- Combine the wet and dry mixtures gently until just combined.
