- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare 4 sheets of aluminum foil large enough to wrap around each salmon fillet and a portion of asparagus.
- Assemble the packets by placing one salmon fillet and a handful of asparagus on each foil sheet.
- Make the lemon garlic butter by melting the butter in a small saucepan, then adding the minced garlic and sautéing until fragrant.
- Drizzle the melted butter over the salmon and asparagus, adding sliced lemon on top. Season with salt and pepper.
- Close the foil packets tightly around the salmon and asparagus.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley, if desired.
Notes
Fresh salmon is recommended for best flavor. Customize the dish using herbs and spices or substitute the asparagus with other vegetables if desired.
