- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Grease a muffin tin with olive oil or non-stick spray.
- Mix the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the olive oil and water to the dry ingredients, then add the minced garlic and chopped fresh rosemary.
- Combine the mixture until it forms a slightly sticky dough.
- Fill the muffin tin cups about two-thirds full with the dough.
- Add a sprinkle of coarse sea salt on top of each muffin.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool the muffins slightly in the tin before transferring them to a wire rack.
Notes
Fresh garlic and rosemary give the best flavor. Customize by adding cheese or olives.
