- 4 chicken sausages
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the sliced bell pepper, zucchini, and onion with olive oil, salt, pepper, and optional herbs on a large sheet pan.
- Arrange the chicken sausages on top of the seasoned vegetables.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, until the sausages are cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- Remove from the oven, serve hot, and enjoy!
