Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts or seeds (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, add the rolled oats, protein powder, almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Stir until everything is well mixed.
- If using, add nuts or seeds to the mixture and stir again to ensure they are evenly distributed.
- Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls (about 1 inch in diameter).
- Place the protein bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until they become firm.
- Transfer the protein bites to an airtight container. They can be kept in the fridge for up to a week.
Notes
Adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup as desired. Experiment with different mix-ins for unique flavors.
