Delicious and nutritious protein-packed bites with warm flavors of cinnamon, perfect for snacks or post-workout fuel.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts or seeds (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the rolled oats, protein powder, almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Stir until everything is well mixed.
  2. If using, add nuts or seeds to the mixture and stir again to ensure they are evenly distributed.
  3. Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls (about 1 inch in diameter).
  4. Place the protein bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until they become firm.
  5. Transfer the protein bites to an airtight container. They can be kept in the fridge for up to a week.

Notes

Adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup as desired. Experiment with different mix-ins for unique flavors.
