Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Whisk together the milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
- Add the torn croissant pieces and optional raisins to the mixture and stir gently.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread croissant pieces evenly.
