Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the garlic in olive oil over medium heat for 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  3. Add the canned diced tomatoes and dried oregano to the skillet, stir, and let it simmer for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
