- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 cups tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning, black beans, corn, and salsa; cook for about 5 minutes.
- Layer half of the tortilla chips at the bottom of a baking dish, followed by half of the meat mixture, half of the cheese, and half of the sour cream; repeat layers.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with diced tomatoes and green onions before serving.
Notes
