Ingredients

  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can black beans, drained
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 2 cups tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and drain excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning, black beans, corn, and salsa; cook for about 5 minutes.
  4. Layer half of the tortilla chips at the bottom of a baking dish, followed by half of the meat mixture, half of the cheese, and half of the sour cream; repeat layers.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Garnish with diced tomatoes and green onions before serving.
