Description
These Oreo M&M’s Cookies are soft, chewy, and loaded with crushed Oreos and colorful M&M’s in every bite. Fun, indulgent, and crowd-pleasing, they’re the perfect homemade treat for parties, holidays, or anytime cravings strike.
Ingredients
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg + 1 egg yolk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
3/4 cup M&M’s (plus extra for topping)
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
3. In a large bowl, whisk melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
4. Add egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract; mix until fully combined.
5. Gradually stir in dry ingredients until just incorporated.
6. Fold in crushed Oreos, M&M’s, and chocolate chips if using.
7. Scoop 2-tablespoon portions of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing about 2 inches apart.
8. Press extra M&M’s and Oreo pieces on top for a bakery-style look.
9. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until edges are golden but centers remain soft.
10. Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Chill the dough for 30 minutes for thicker cookies.
