A fun and delicious dessert combining Oreo cookies and creamy cheesecake filling in a taco shape.

- 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup mini Oreos, for topping
- Taco shell molds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies and 1/4 cup melted butter in a mixing bowl (mix well).
- Press the Oreo mixture firmly into the taco shell molds.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes; let cool completely.
- In a bowl, beat 8 oz cream cheese until smooth; mix in 1/2 cup powdered sugar and 1 tsp vanilla extract.
- Fold in 1 cup whipped cream until well combined.
- Fill the cooled taco shells with the cheesecake mixture.
- Top with 1 cup mini Oreos.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Optional: Drizzle with chocolate or caramel sauce before serving.
Notes
