Ooey-Gooey Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

Description

Quick and delicious wraps loaded with cheesy goodness and garlic flavor, perfect for using leftover chicken.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: favorite veggies (spinach, bell peppers, onions)
  • Optional: your favorite sauce (ranch, BBQ, etc.)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add 3 cloves of minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Stir in 2 cups of cooked, shredded chicken. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Add 1 cup of shredded cheese and stir until melted completely.
  4. Lay out 4 large tortillas. Place a portion of the cheesy chicken mixture in the center of each.
  5. Add optional veggies and sauce on top of the chicken mixture.
  6. Roll up each tortilla tightly, folding in the edges.
  7. Heat a pan over medium heat and toast the wraps, seam side down, for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
  8. Let cool for a minute, then cut in half if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

For a twist, try buffalo sauce or a vegetarian option with just veggies. Serve with dips for an extra layer of flavor.
