Description
Quick and delicious wraps loaded with cheesy goodness and garlic flavor, perfect for using leftover chicken.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 4 large tortillas or wraps
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: favorite veggies (spinach, bell peppers, onions)
- Optional: your favorite sauce (ranch, BBQ, etc.)
Instructions
- In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add 3 cloves of minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in 2 cups of cooked, shredded chicken. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add 1 cup of shredded cheese and stir until melted completely.
- Lay out 4 large tortillas. Place a portion of the cheesy chicken mixture in the center of each.
- Add optional veggies and sauce on top of the chicken mixture.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly, folding in the edges.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and toast the wraps, seam side down, for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
- Let cool for a minute, then cut in half if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
For a twist, try buffalo sauce or a vegetarian option with just veggies. Serve with dips for an extra layer of flavor.
