- 4 chicken thighs or breasts
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large oven-safe pan. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Add chicken pieces to the pan. Season with salt and pepper. Brown the chicken on both sides for about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the orzo pasta, then pour in the chicken broth followed by the lemon juice and zest. Stir everything to combine evenly.
- Allow the mixture to simmer gently, with small bubbles forming, for about 2-3 minutes.
- Transfer the pan to your preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the orzo is tender.
- Remove the pan from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, then serve while hot.

For extra flavor, consider using bone-in chicken. Add fresh herbs or vegetables for enhanced nutrition. This dish stores well in the fridge for up to 3 days or can be frozen.
