One-Pan Honey Garlic Kielbasa & Veggies

A delicious and easy one-pan meal featuring kielbasa, vegetables, and a sweet honey garlic sauce, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound Kielbasa
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 each Bell Peppers (red & yellow)
  • 1 cup Baby Carrots
  • 1 pound Baby Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley or Green Onions

Instructions

  1. Wash and Cut Vegetables – Thoroughly wash all vegetables. Slice bell peppers into long strips, halve baby potatoes, and cut kielbasa into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Prepare the Sauce – In a small bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce until well combined.
  3. Sauté the Kielbasa – Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook kielbasa pieces for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  4. Add the Veggies – Toss in bell peppers and baby carrots. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Incorporate the Potatoes and Honey Garlic Sauce – Add halved baby potatoes and pour sauce over mixture. Stir to combine.
  6. Cover and Cook – Reduce heat to medium-low, cover the skillet, and cook for 15-20 minutes until potatoes are tender.
  7. Garnish and Serve – Remove from heat and garnish with parsley or green onions before serving.

Notes

Don’t overcrowd the pan for better texture. Feel free to customize the vegetables used. Adjust the sweetness and spice level to preference.
