Description

This Mint Brownie Swirl Fudge is rich, creamy, and irresistibly decadent — combining layers of fudgy chocolate brownie flavor with a refreshing mint swirl. Perfect for holidays, gifting, or satisfying serious chocolate cravings, this no-bake treat is as beautiful as it is delicious.

Ingredients

Scale

3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

2 tbsp unsalted butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp peppermint extract

1/2 cup brownie bites or crushed brownies

Green food coloring (optional)

1/4 cup white chocolate chips (optional, for swirl)

Instructions

1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.

2. In a saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.

3. Stir constantly until melted and smooth.

4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.

5. Transfer about 1/3 of the fudge mixture to a separate bowl.

6. Stir peppermint extract and green food coloring into the reserved portion.

7. Fold brownie bites into the remaining chocolate fudge.

8. Pour brownie fudge into the prepared pan and spread evenly.

9. Spoon mint fudge over the top.

10. Use a knife to gently swirl the two layers together.

11. If using, melt white chocolate chips and drizzle over the top.

12. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours, or until fully set.

13. Lift fudge out and cut into squares.

Notes

Use peppermint extract sparingly — a little goes a long way.

For extra texture, add chopped Andes mints or chocolate chips.

Store fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
