Instructions

  3. Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs with melted butter.
  4. Fill a mini muffin tin with the graham cracker mixture, pressing it tightly into the bottom.
  5. Add cream cheese filling over the crusts, filling about 3/4 full.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
