Instructions
- Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently to keep it light and airy.
- Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs with melted butter.
- Fill a mini muffin tin with the graham cracker mixture, pressing it tightly into the bottom.
- Add cream cheese filling over the crusts, filling about 3/4 full.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
