Delicious low carb wraps filled with cheesy garlic chicken, perfect for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
- 4 large lettuce leaves (or low-carb wraps)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: diced tomatoes, avocado, and sour cream for toppings
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about one minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the shredded chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until heated through.
- Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheese until melted.
- Lay the lettuce leaves or low-carb wraps flat and spoon the cheesy chicken mixture onto each.
- Add any optional toppings and wrap tightly.
- Serve immediately while warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days. Reheat before serving.
