Delicious low carb wraps filled with cheesy garlic chicken, perfect for lunch or dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 4 large lettuce leaves (or low-carb wraps)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: diced tomatoes, avocado, and sour cream for toppings

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about one minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the shredded chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until heated through.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheese until melted.
  5. Lay the lettuce leaves or low-carb wraps flat and spoon the cheesy chicken mixture onto each.
  6. Add any optional toppings and wrap tightly.
  7. Serve immediately while warm.
