- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup melted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl until fully coated. Press into the bottom of a greased baking dish to form a crust.
- Whisk together sugar, lemon juice, eggs, lemon zest, and baking powder until smooth.
- Pour the lemon filling over the crust, spreading evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until filling is set but slightly jiggly in the center.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely before cutting into squares. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
