- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup Black olives, sliced
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup Pepperoni slices
- 1/4 Red onion, chopped
- 1 Bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Fresh basil, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Begin by cooking the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Once cooked, drain and let cool.
- Combine the Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the cooled pasta with cherry tomatoes, black olives, mozzarella, pepperoni, red onion, and bell pepper.
- Add Dressing: Drizzle with Italian dressing and toss until well-coated.
- Season: Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let flavors blend.
- Garnish: Before serving, top with fresh basil leaves.
