Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Black olives, sliced
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup Pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 Red onion, chopped
  • 1 Bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh basil, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Begin by cooking the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Once cooked, drain and let cool.
  2. Combine the Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the cooled pasta with cherry tomatoes, black olives, mozzarella, pepperoni, red onion, and bell pepper.
  3. Add Dressing: Drizzle with Italian dressing and toss until well-coated.
  4. Season: Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let flavors blend.
  6. Garnish: Before serving, top with fresh basil leaves.
