  • 1 cup olives (e.g., black or green), sliced
  • 1 cup pepperoni, sliced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: Boil water in a large pot, add salt and pasta. Cook until al dente (7-9 minutes). Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta with cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, olives, pepperoni, red onion, and bell peppers. Stir gently.
  3. Dress the salad: Drizzle the Italian dressing over the salad. Toss gently.
  4. Season: Taste and adjust with salt and pepper.
  5. Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
