- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1 cup pepperoni (sliced)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (dried)
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Cooking spray (for greasing the pan)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the bundt pan or baking dish by greasing it with cooking spray.
- Open the can of biscuit dough, separate, and flatten each biscuit.
- Stuff each flattened biscuit with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni, then seal the edges.
- Combine melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
- Toss the stuffed dough balls in the garlic butter mixture until well coated.
- Layer dough balls in the greased pan and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool for 5 minutes before inverting onto a plate to serve.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
