Description
These Strawberry Brownies with White Chocolate Ganache are soft, chewy, and bursting with sweet strawberry flavor. Topped with a luscious layer of creamy white chocolate ganache, they’re the ultimate treat for spring, Valentine’s Day, or anytime you crave something special.
Ingredients
1 box strawberry cake mix
2 large eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup milk
White Chocolate Ganache:
1 cup white chocolate chips
1/3 cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Fresh strawberries for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine strawberry cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and milk.
3. Mix until fully combined and thick like brownie batter.
4. Spread evenly into the prepared pan.
5. Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean.
6. Cool completely before adding the ganache.
7. To make the ganache, heat heavy cream in a small saucepan until just simmering.
8. Pour hot cream over white chocolate chips in a bowl and let sit for 1–2 minutes.
9. Stir until smooth and creamy, then mix in vanilla extract.
10. Pour the ganache over cooled brownies and spread evenly.
11. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until the ganache is set.
12. Slice into squares and garnish with fresh strawberry halves if desired.
Notes
Add freeze-dried strawberry powder to the ganache for extra flavor and color.
For a richer dessert, drizzle melted dark chocolate on top before chilling.
Store brownies covered in the refrigerator for up to 5 days — they taste even better the next day!
