These No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake Protein Bites are creamy, chocolatey, and packed with protein — the perfect guilt-free treat! With crushed Oreos, tangy cream cheese flavor, and a boost of protein, they taste like dessert but fuel you like a snack.
Ingredients
1 cup vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup crushed Oreo cookies
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
2–3 tbsp milk (as needed)
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine protein powder and crushed Oreo cookies.
2. Add cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
3. Mix until a thick dough forms, adding milk 1 tablespoon at a time if needed.
4. Fold in mini chocolate chips if using.
5. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls using your hands.
6. Place protein bites on a parchment-lined tray.
7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
8. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to enjoy.
Notes
Use chocolate protein powder for a richer Oreo flavor.
For a lighter version, substitute reduced-fat cream cheese.
These bites can be frozen for up to 2 months — thaw slightly before eating.
