These Crispy Parmesan Tortellini bites are pure snack-time magic — golden, crunchy, cheesy perfection in every bite! Whether baked or air-fried, they’re irresistible as an appetizer, party snack, or pasta upgrade that will truly blow your mind.
Ingredients
1 (9 oz) package cheese tortellini (fresh or refrigerated)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (Italian seasoned or panko)
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 eggs, beaten
Olive oil spray (for baking or air frying)
Marinara or pesto for dipping
Instructions
1. Cook tortellini in salted boiling water for 2–3 minutes, just until tender. Drain and pat dry.
2. In one bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
4. Dip each tortellini in egg, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
5. For baking: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange tortellini on a parchment-lined baking sheet and spray with olive oil. Bake for 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
6. For air frying: Arrange coated tortellini in a single layer in the air fryer basket, spray with olive oil, and air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
7. Serve immediately with marinara or pesto for dipping.
Notes
Add extra Parmesan to the coating for even cheesier flavor.
Try using spinach or meat-filled tortellini for variety.
These reheat beautifully in an air fryer for 3–4 minutes!
Perfect for parties, game nights, or a fun twist on pasta night.
