A deliciously rich bread combining the flavors of brownies and warm fudge, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup hot fudge sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Melt the butter and let it cool slightly.
  3. Whisk the granulated sugar into the melted butter until smooth.
  4. Add the eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  7. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  8. Pour half of the batter into the greased loaf pan, drizzle with half of the hot fudge sauce, then add the remaining batter and top with more fudge sauce.
  9. Bake for 40-45 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
  10. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Use quality ingredients for the best flavor. Check for doneness early to avoid overbaking.
