Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface into a thin layer.
  4. Cut the pastry into rectangles (about 4×6 inches).
  5. Spoon fruit preserves onto half of each rectangle, leaving space around the edges.
