- 2–3 Tbsp powdered sugar or maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp coconut flour or almond flour (optional)
- 1 pinch sea salt
Instructions
- Prepare your muffin tin: Start by lining a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Melt the chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Create the chocolate base: Spoon 1-2 teaspoons of melted chocolate into each liner, spreading slightly up the sides.
- Freeze until set: Place the muffin tin in the freezer for 5-10 minutes.
- Mix the peanut butter filling: In a separate bowl, combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, sea salt, and optional flour until smooth.
- Add the peanut butter layer: Spoon about a teaspoon of the filling into each chocolate base.
- Cover with chocolate: Spoon remaining melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer.
- Smooth the tops: Tap the muffin tin on the counter.
- Freeze again: Place the muffin tin back in the freezer for another 15-20 minutes.
- Remove and enjoy: Carefully take the cups out of the liners.
